Guaranteed refund if the app doesn't work.

Replacement warranty

Warranty period: 1 year. If your key stops working within this period, contact Toolsy and we'll help troubleshoot first, then replace it if needed.

Before delivery

If your payment has been verified but your key hasn't been delivered yet, contact Toolsy on WhatsApp to discuss cancellation.

Payments not received

If Toolsy cannot find your payment, we'll ask you to recheck the transaction reference. No key is delivered until payment is verified.
